How did you do it?

"If exercise could be packed into a pill it would be the most widely prescribed and beneficial medicine in the world."
-- Dr. Robert Butler, former director, National Institute on Aging

Why is that? Because nothing improves Vitality, Energy, Psychology and Health on an overall level more.
These facts are the reason I opened up Hiperfit. My goal is to improve as many lives as possible, one at a time, by helping you achieve your ultimate health and fitness level.

How do you do it?

  1. Make the decision to change and commit to it. Stop making excuses and rationalizing why you can't do it. Is that possible? "YES". All of these current and previous clients you see here committed to change and quit making excuses.
  2. Take action Do something, anything to get you started today. Pop in video and do some cardio, throw on some music and start dancing your butt of, take a walk outside and get some fresh air, do some squats, sit-ups or push-ups, make some inquiries to fitness centers or boot camps and make an appointment A.S.A.P, call a friend that loves to exercise and tell them you want to join them (it is very important if you are calling a friend that you do not choose a friend that contributes to your failure by being unreliable, negative, constantly makes excuses or dislikes exercise #3 will tell you why). Just do one of these things but do it now!!
  3. Surround yourself with the tools, things and people that will help you achieve your goals. This is very important because what you surround yourself with has a direct influence on your life. Surround yourself with fit, healthy, active people that will influence you in a positive way. Don't be upset if you can't keep up with them or you're not as strong. Use these emotions as fuel to help motivate you. Just understand that as long as you commit yourself to achieving your goals you are constantly going to improve.
  4. Stay committed, never give up. Without exercise our bodies and health or anything else for that matter are deteriorating and dying every day. Nothing stays the same unless it is maintained and nothing gets better unless we put a constant and committed effort into making it better.

So start now. start today. you completely have the power to better your life.

Make the decision, make the commitment, take action and surround yourself with the things and people that will help you stay committed.
