All programs include bodyfat analysis, nutritional counseling, and unlimited use of cardio equipment!
Gym equipment cannot be used without the accompaniment of a personal trainer, cardiovascular equipment may be used (by personal training clients only) without a trainer. A 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated. A six (6) hour minimum cancellation or change of appointment notification is required or you will be charged for that session. No children allowed.
